Our real estate careers began in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1969 when we bought our first home, (a little 20 X 40 ranch) just three years after we were married. Our real estate agent, Ray Kohl, was exceptional. Not only did he help us enjoy a seamless purchase experience, he later encouraged us to consider real estate as a profession. The rest, as they say, is history.

After working in sales and sales management in Iowa, we headed to Florida to expand our experience in real estate management, ownership, sales, relocation and more. Over the past 40 years, we have continued to rely on the values and work ethic that we received as children growing up on Iowa farmland. Helping people, doing the right thing and perseverance are all values that have translated into caring, honest, reliable assistance for our customers.

Our business continues to grow from the referrals and support of satisfied customers and others who are comfortable sharing our names with those they care about.
