-7 Tampa Bay Holiday Events to Enjoy-

As Tampa Bay holiday events get cooking with Thanksgiving, our real estate team is looking ahead to community festivities to enjoy across Tampa Bay.

Understandably, some of us did not get to mingle at public gatherings over the past few years, but these seven spectacular events and attractions could make up for the time we missed by providing big displays, bright lights, and a sense of community.

  1. We welcome the return of Enchant Christmas at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg starting Nov. 25. You must see this illuminated display to believe it. The entire family, from the kiddos to the grandparents, are sure to be amazed and enchanted.
  2. Florida Botanical Gardens will once again host its Holiday Lights in the Garden with dazzling after-dark displays of LED lights and natural sights throughout December. This is a great Florida attraction to impress your holiday guests.
  3. Once again, Tampa’s annual Winter Village in Curtis Hixon Park is featuring an outdoor ice-skating rink and pop-up shops with food, drinks, and gifts. Rink space is limited, which is why they recommend buying tickets in advance via the event website.
  4. One of our favorite things is the Symphony in Lights show at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel. Enjoy nightly shows of dancing lights choreographed to music. Wonderfully, you can also get some of your holiday shopping done.
  5. Busch Gardens will host Christmas Town Tampa Bay again with musicals and light shows for park guests. Generally, this is also a great time of year to visit the park, as the weather is cooler, and the lines are shorter.
  6. Hop in the car one night this December and head to the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds to cruise through The Wonderland of Lights. Enjoy one mile of dazzling lights and displays. Visual entertainment doesn’t get much easier than this drive-through.
  7. You may also find holiday trees and lights throughout Carrollwood Village, Hyde Park Village, John Wilson Park Gazebo in Safety Harbor, Clymer Park in Gulfport, Edgewater Park at Dunedin Marina, Largo Central Park, and North Straub Park in St. Pete.

Best wishes as you partake in holiday festivities across the Tampa Bay area.  Be sure to check local listing for event dates, times, cancelations, and official details.  With so many people in need this time of year, we also hope you will attend holiday fundraising events and support local charities to help serve our neighbors in need throughout our Tampa Bay communities.
